I want to keep working.

My husband is retiring this year, and he wants me to retire, as well, so we can travel. However, if I stay in my teaching job for three more years, I will retire with a larger portion of my salary as a pension. Our health is good now, but you never know what will happen. Maybe I should retire and enjoy this time in our lives? What have other people done in this situation?
