Can Light Therapy Help Improve Your Health?
Can Light Therapy Help Improve Your Health?
There is strong scientific data that supports there theory that several modes of light therapy can indeed improve your health. The NIH says that up to 80 percent of all illnesses in the US are caused by excess stress in our daily lives, and by reducing stress, we'll improve our overall health.
I recently witnessed several instances where over the short term, the effects of environmental stress (in this case, heat and lack of sleep) were greatly reduced by creating a "chill space" with comfortable cushions to relax upon, and while my friends relaxed, they gazed at a thing called a BlissLight, a laser projector that produces thousands of little green stars against a backdrop of a blue cloud nebula. They both said that within 15 minutes, they felt tremendously better, and they looked much better too!
Has anyone else tried anything like this?
