I am 49years old and have been an osteoarthritis sufferer for a couple of yearsnow.  I take ultram for pain relief.  It doesn’t totally remove the pain but atleast it makes each day manageable.  Nowmy dilemma is I can’t undergo a knee replacement yet due to my age according tothe doctor.  Not really sure why.  But anyway, since I need to go through somepain reliever meds, can you tell me what else I may take or do for it?  Thanks and regards.
