Bilateral LV4/5 level facetal osteoarthrosis with sclerotic articulat margins and narrowing of the joint space
What is the meaning of this? Any advice will help

Did your Doctor not explain what this is and what can or can not be done?
bilateral (both sides left and right) levels L 4/5 (lower back lumbar spine last and second to last lumbar vertebra) facetal osteoarthritis ( arthritis in the bone) sclerotic mean that the facets of l4 and l5 are touching rubbing together and the disk space between l4 and l5 is narrowing you have rubber like fibers between each spine. look at the anatomy of your back
