Question

I recently quit my job due to health issues (carpal tunnel), can I receive unemployment?
I live in Wisconsin and recently was diagnosed with carpal tunnel. I underwent the surgery, but never completely healed. I have now been diagnosed with arthritis and bone spurs in elbow, neck, shoulders, and spine. My workload was too heavy and wasn't lessening, became too painful to endure, so I quit my job. Since I quit, is it still possible to receive unemployment benefits in the state of Wisconsin? Or else how do I qualify for disability?

No, you should apply with the Social Security Administration for disability.

Osteoarthritis usually affects the hands, feet, spine, hips, and knees. People with osteoarthritis usually have joint pain and limited movement of the affected joint.
