Anyone else have Hashimoto's Disease?

I was just been diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease. No other women in my family have thyroid disorders, and I'm feeling lost!

My new endocrinologist prescribed me with Levothyroxine and I just started taking it about a month ago. I'm still feeling tired and achy, and my hair is still falling out (which I just HATE!). How long will it take for me to feel better and see a change? Any other women out there experiencing this? I'd love to hear your thoughts and advice!
