Victoria believes that astrology can be used as a tool for self-development, spiritual growth, and the achievement of long-held dreams. She has studied counseling techniques, hypnotherapy, and a variety of modalities for self-improvement that she uses along with astrology for personal growth. She lives in Los Angeles, Calif.
