A Simple Plan for Your Dreams

In the comfort of your own space, and at your own pace, answer the following questions. Do it on paper or with a good listener. They key is to get it out of your head. As you are writing or speaking, allow more and more detail to come. This stream of consciousness may open you to new ideas and insights. Here are the simple, but important questions for you to answer.
1. What do you love or what matters to you?
2. What do you want/desire?
3. What do you believe?
4. What are you willing to do about this?
After you answer these questions, create at least one simple, yet essential, action step to set yourself up for success. What is the single most important thing for you to do this week, or even better, today? If your dream is to write a book, join a writers group, clear a physical space where you can write and be creative. Draft your table of contents. Maybe hire a coach to help you focus on the task at hand.
Demonstrate that you're more committed to your dream than to any fear, doubt, or limiting beliefs that might get in your way. Take the essential first step so you can declare that you are in action on your dream.
