i also understand. i have only been married 2 years and never ever imagined my health orientated husband would have a heart attack. it is very very difficult to go thru and not want to run, when there were things wrong before this occurs. guilt, most of all, but hopes of yourown wellbeing comes into play. if you believe in God, pray pray and pray for guidance and strength. best to you all.
