Happy Birthday Jane Seymour

The fact that anyone, you know, sees me walking down the street and recognizes me as a Bond Girl is good news because I was 20 when that happened, and now I'm substantially older, so that's good news. But, Seymour says, at the time, it made the British theatre community stop taking her seriously.

That role, she says, was made for her. My father was a doctor, a very well known doctor, my mother was a Red Cross nurse, and I belong to the Red Cross as well. From the time I was very little, I've been in hospitals, nursing and helping in hospitals. I have actually been around medicine my whole life, she told Celebrity Caf.

That is, one of her eyes is a different color than the other: ones green and the other is hazel.

Two of them are twins, to boot; and she kept right on acting in Dr. Quinn through her pregnancy. She says that was a bad idea, as they wound up born prematurely (they pulled through fine), and that she ought to have listened to her doctor: When he or she says bed rest, it actually means you lie down and you dont move. That doesnt mean that you continue shooting Dr. Quinn in 102 degrees and keep standing up and sitting down and sitting on a recliner, she told About.com.

Recently, her daughter dressed up as one of Seymours characters, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the movie she did with Christopher Reeve, Somewhere In Time. "Katie and (boyfriend) Brett dressed up like me (and Christopher Reeve)... with Christopher Reeve's actual vest from the actual shoot, she told WENN

She doesnt want to venture toward a facelift and regrets the Botox: "It was the worst thing," she told The Daily Mail. "As an actress, I need my expressions." Her breast augmentation, on the other hand, doesnt seem to have cramped her style.

After giving birth to twins, she had to strip down and play a foxy cougar in the 2005 comedy Wedding Crashers. She told MovieWeb, [W]hen I was single I dated a couple of guys who were quite a lot younger than me. You know, fifteen years, or so.

That was in Season Five, in late 2007. This year, shes making a TV movie.
