  • Salute To The Desperate Housewives The Season 7 finale of comedy-drama ‘Desperate Housewives’ will air on ABC this Sunday, May 15th. As we bid a temporary farewell to the ladies of Wisteria Lane, here’s a recap of what’s been going on in the lives of each housewife…both on and off screen.
  • Teri Hatcher (Susan Mayer) While Susan underwent dialysis until she found a match for a new kidney, she, her husband and son moved into a less-than-glamorous apartment and rented out their home to make extra money. She also held a secret, sexy internet job on the side that, once it was revealed, got her fired from her teaching position—she’s now kissing some big PTA butt to try and get her job back. Flakey Susan, as only she could, also poisoned her evil neighbor without realizing it.

Rumors that Teri Hatcher, 46, is leaving the cast of ‘Desperate Housewives’ are untrue! When Hatcher, who is divorced and has a daughter, wasn’t filming for the show, she helped to launch the Bread Art Project, a digital campaign to help raise money to feed children and provide nutritional information.
  • Felicity Huffman (Lynette Scavo) Lynette and her best college friend Renee (Vanessa Williams) just opened up their own interior design business. At home, Lynette and her husband Tom have been on the rocks. Tom just landed a really great job—and Lynette is miserable and bitchy about it.

Huffman, 48, is married to the actor William H. Macy and has two daughters. The couple have become the subject of a running gag on the ‘The Colbert Report’. They (who live a quiet life outside the media spotlight) are regularly referenced as representing the greatest of today's celebrity couples in a culture obsessed with celebs. It’s a joke. This year, Huffman has roles in two films that are currently in pre-production, ‘Keep Coming Back’ and ‘Come Back to Sorrento.’
  • Marcia Cross (Bree Van de Kamp) Bree had her newest love interest Keith, her hot handyman, living with her for a while. The middle-aged housewife was going through menopause, but was too embarrassed to tell her young boyfriend. Then, once Keith learned he had an illegitimate child with another woman, Bree told him to follow his new-found family to Florida and be a parent—something she can’t be with him.

Cross, 49, who has twin redheaded daughters, will appear in the film ‘Bringing Up Bobby’ which is due out later this year. Her husband, who she married in 2006, is currently battling cancer.
  • Eva Longoria (Gabrielle Solis) This season, Gabrielle learned every mother’s worst nightmare—that her children were switched at birth. She met her birth daughter and immediately bonded with her, which drove her current daughter crazy. This was all before losing her birth daughter yet again to deportation.

Longoria, 36, divorced her husband Spurs point guard Tony Perker in January. Since then, she has been dating Eduardo Cruz, who is Penelope Cruz’s younger brother. She is also busy off screen, acting and building the Eva Longoria brand. Longoria has a role in the drama film ‘Cristiada’ which is currently in post-production and due out this year. In addition, her very first book, ‘Eva’s Kitchen: Cooking with Love for Family and Friends’, just hit bookstores last month. This spring, she’ll be launching her signature fragrance, Eva by Eva Longoria, into department stores.
