Plastic Surgery in Mexico

Hi,

I've been pricing some plastic surgery procedures. I've found a certified surgeon in Mexico who sounds very reputable. I've spoken with him and his staff. I'm wondering if any of you have had any experience in this area. The hospital in Tijuana and the doctors last name is Romero.

can you tell me where this dr is...i live in Baja..so i can find out for you if he is reputable and if he is certified by the birad too...ok..
