Aside from a boob job, 48-year-old Demi Moore has insisted she's plastic surgery-free -- but come on. Who believes that? Certainly not the relentless tabloids, who did some investigative work and discovered that the price tag for her hot-enough-to-keep-Ashton Kutcher look is over $140,000.
Since turning 40, Demi has spent about $311,000 on a head-to-toe surgical makeover, including liposuction, the aforementioned breast implants and facial touch-ups. It breaks down to $25,000 on the lipo, $15,000 for the boob job and over $31,000 on her "facial work." No imperfection was too small for Demi to patch with her cash: she even paid to banish the sagging skin above her knees.
Big surgeries aside, there are still plenty of insecurities -- we mean imperfections! -- for her to fixate on. She reportedly gets Moore's Thermage skin-tightening treatments, which run around $3,000, on a weekly(!) basis. We're guessing she doesn't get her makeup at CVS either ... -
Janice Dickinson
When your identity is centered on being a model, looking good is always going to be important. It's a good thing Janice Dickinson was successful at her trade, or else she'd never be able to afford her self-proclaimed plastic surgery addiction. The 55-year-old admits to having shelled out over $100,000 on cosmetic enhancements to maintain her (arguably) youthful look. What items are on the receipt? Breast implants, tummy tucks, neck lifts, liposuction, facelifts and lip plumping treatments. Janice confessed that natural aging isn't the only factor she's trying to battle; some of the work was done to help restore her looks after cocaine and alcohol left her skin looking damaged. -
Joan Rivers
If Demi, Sharon and Janice's plastic surgery costs are accurate -- it's safe to say that Joan Rivers doesn't pay her own bills. The 77-year-old -- who is practically the face of celebrity plastic surgery (pun intended) -- claims her extensive procedures have totaled a mere $80,000.In a 2009 interview, Rivers ran through some of her work: "I thinned my nose and raised the tip, had my eyes done, a full face-lift, liposuction, breast reduction, chin tucks, botox, collagen . . . Im sure Ive spent at least $80,000 over the years."Just $80k? Give Sharon that doctor's number! -
