I guess some people expect perfection when living in an apartment. The Grand is a very nice place to live. Very roomy apartments, friendly neighbors and very very few problems. The grounds are kept up very nicely and the pool area is great! There is a brand new addition to the maintenance staff who is a very hard worker. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The grounds are littered with all kinds of trash, which tells me they will rent to anyone. The pool is filthy, they refuse to fix the back gate because people keep ramming it. Why not catch the people who break it in the first place. I actually called in and told them I had a car, person and part of a tag # description of someone who I saw break it and they told me it didn't matter thet they wouldn't do anything anyway. The gatyes are part of the reason people live there. There is always trash piled up by the dumpster. The amount of $$ they charge for rent is outrageous for what has happened.
