Superb food served Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings onlyl Value extremely high. Prices are more than reasonable. Fillet Mignon was so tender I didn't need a steak knife to cut. The porterhouse pork chop is outstanding and unique. The lamb chops are served with a minted brown sauce. Menu is steaks, chops and seafood with choice of 2 types of salads, potato and vegetable of the day. Dessert is ala carte. The Chocolate Cake is to die for! Seats 24 between the hours of 5 and 6:30 p.m. Reservations are required

okay.......at first glance, this place is a real winner......when you start to look a little deeper & have to deal with incompetance of the workers, i think not! my grandmother had to be put in this sh*thole to "recover" for 10 days. three weeks later, she's worse than the condition she arrived in from the hospital, they let her fall out of bed, she has developed bed sores from them not turning her every 2 hours, & they gave her ecoli from the cna's wiping the wrong way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this joint is full of jackasses. do not let the nice appearance fool you. if you care about your loved one that is supposed come here to "recover" or worse to live here in the assisted living section......please think twice!

Can't wait to go Back!: I hope when I get a chance I can go back to the Carlotta! the nicest place for us older folks in the Palm Springs area!
