The facility is beautiful but the programs have declined to the point of having very little to occupy my family member. The LDS branch offers wonderful activities and that is all there is to do. The management shows little interest in the care and comfort and needs of the residents. I would not recommend this place when there are so many others around that know how to make the lives of seniors more fulfilling.?

My Mother moved in several months ago now and loves this facility! The staff is fantastic and the surroundings are phenomenal! My Mom is so much happier as well. The best part is that she has so much interaction with all the residents. The activities keep her extremely involved and the environment is so warm and inviting. I highly recommend River Meadows to anyone looking for Assisted Living!?

I have visited River Meadows on two separate occasions. What really caught my attention the most was not just the outstanding beauty of the Facility, but more importantly the extreme care and concern of the staff. I did not know whom this was at the time, but I witnessed the Administrator interacting with not just the Staff, but helping the Residents as well. From experience, this is a very rare occurence in general, but it is one of the most important qualities of Administration. That showed me alot. I was so pleased and knew it had to be all about the care, not just an advertisement. This really warmed my heart. Thank you!!! :)

What I like about River Meadows is that it is a lot smaller than the other assisted living places in the area. The people there are really personalble and seem to genuinly care about the residents. They also have independent living "cottages" as a part of their community so there is a more diversity in the residents' independence. I think one of their strong points besides the care is the food. They don't seem to skimp on the food like other places I've heard about.
