That is NOT the opinion of many who have worked there! Their other property is terrible, too. People should be prevented from falling out of bed, have oral care (that is NOT done), and they deserve competent, PAID, personnel. This above message was obviously left by someone in management. And, they DO NOT tell residents they have a right to return to independent living, that is a state requirement.
