There have been several on going incidents that Fairwinds say they will resolve but never do. Here is a list. They say they are required to knock on the door and wait until they hear "come in", they just walk-in day and night Don't know how to administer medication, they gave my medication to someone else. Don't bother calling for assistance, you will be waiting a loooooon time. The food has its good moments but for the most part sucks. The CNA's who are there to help are really there to have fun and ignore the residents. No follow through, if you ask for something to be done they usually forget about you. Warning****** put everything in writing no matter how insignificant you think it may be.
