Shannondale of Maryville is a very clean place, with some very hardworking nurses and CNA's. The place is understaffed, and the nurses are overworked. The administration is not helpful nor supportive in creating a balanced environment. Few activities for those with good mental capacities. Pretty "old school" in their activities. Big turnover in staff, reflective of a poor administration. Take your loved one to Morningview...save yourself a lot of grief. I wish I had. Hard to watch the neglect.
