I don't know what kind of a place this is but there are sure a bunch of losers that stay there. I am in the apartment complex next door and most of the people that are at the Anchor House are always gagging, coughing and just sounding like they already have one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel. They also are creating a nuisance all hours of the night and in the weee hours of the morning with thier fighting, arguing, and just being jerks. I think most of them are just mentally impaired.
