looking for some where that can help ex-father in law

My father in law has recently lost his wife. We are unable to get him to the doctors and he is a diabetic with blood pressure issues. He has neropathy in his hands and feet and is in a wheel chair with assistance. I do not thing he is in capable just un willing to try. He is on a fixed income and were he is living is unable to make the bills please get back with me we need to get info right away.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO RIALTO RETIREMENT HOME. The staff did not give my mother her medication for 10 months and never notified her family. When we moved her out of this horrible place we found her room to be filthy. There was a black widow spider living in her headboard, there was mold growing in her bathroom cup, the carpets were filthy and there were black particles falling from the air conditioner vent. This place should be shut down.
