I'm not exactly sure about the care but I have dealt with medical bills for injured residents and they are rude and nonchalant about bills for these Seniors that they are SUPPOSED to be assisting! I would hope to have a facility that will be more involved in my loved ones affairs instead of saying send them to collections or we'll just send the bill to their family.

Maybe they would not get so many violations if they didn't have the employment turnaround. They go thru staff as much as a major corporation such as American Airlines, Git N Go. There is a tab at the unemployment office that defaults to this company along with major companies when this place is just a local mom and pop establishment.
