Foundation House at Northgate never ceases to amaze me and my family. I wanted to compare communitties and Foudnation House at Northgate was the last one on my list. Joe has to be the nicest sales person I know. He showed me and my family around and even asked if I needed to sit for a while during the tour. (I have knee problems). When we were done with the tour I was expecting Joe to push me into renting one of the apartments. Instead he asked me what I wanted from a community. He answered all my questions and reassured me that they are very informal there. The great thing that made me feel the most secure was the fact that most of the staff has been there the whole time the building has been open. AMAZING! If you're looking for a community in the north Seattle area I'd definetly recommend Foundation House at Northgate. Make sure you as about there promotions, I got two months of free rent.

What an amazingly friendly and personable place. I'm always happy to hear that mom and dad get personal attention when they need it. It helps that Foundation House is basically an allinclusive monthtomonth rental. I love that mom and dad live independently but could get assisted living if it's ever required. I love this place.
