Show them the money: My father got good care in Wellspring, til hospitalized and weakened, could not walk. Had to move all belongings out of apt. during his rehab period. Would not accept half rent (even though his was the third vacant apt.in that wing) They'll be happy to take your money til you're an inconvenience and really need the help you're paying so dearly for....
