What kind of rehab allows family to find there loved one not responding as normall and then question as to whether or not she should have medical attention. Upon requesting she be taken to the hospital was still asked if I was sure that's what we wanted done. The day of the move to the hospital was the first day the family was aware of bedsores so bad on her heels that they may possibly need surgery. HMMMM, why would this be allowed.Seems to me if it had been taken care of early it wouldn't have gotten to this point. She went for rehab 3months ago. If rehab means what I think it does doesn't sound like it's working to well. All the time she laid at home she never had bedsores. Very disappointing. She will not be returning there. Family asked to talk to DON upon removing personal belonging and was told by the secretary if the DON wished to talk with family memeber she would contact her. Rude and Totally Unacceptable.
