This facility is not very good.This retirement coomunity puts on a facade of caring and family values, however when the smoke clears, your loved ones are left with poor care and treatment and a massive bill at the end of the month. Take it from someone who knows. There are constant complaints of poor treatment and resident injuries. The management there does everything they can and says anything they can to fill rooms. The memory care unit is plaged by scabbies outbreaks and other medical incidents. The food there is poorly prepared and that is the standard. The servers will denie a resident anything they do not want to get. Resident complaints are constantly ignored and most are unhappy. The facility is nice but, but what good is that when you are always worrying about something else. And iternally the environment is unorganized and caotic. There are plenty of other places to live like this with a much more stable setup. I would suggest looking around before decideing to live at The Lakes In Fort Myers or you will be sorry in more ways than one.
