Wow! "I know" are you sure you are speaking of the same place. My mother has been at the Fairways for over a year and we have NEVER had one negative experience. The staff is extremely kind and caring, they do a great job at helping the people who live there to remain active. It is such a family atmosphere. Every time I visit my mother I am treated like a part of the family. I know that my mother is taken care of when I am not there. It is hard to let go and have someone else do your job and take care of your mother or father, but they make it easier. I feel comfortable knowing my mother is receiving such kind, competent, caring a loving care. You get what you pay for!!!

What a farce. These people promise all the care in the world for a loved one, yet once placed, it is a whole different story. I would suggest anyone looking... look somewhere else. Oh yeah.. they have a nice looking building, but that is about all they have. Do your research folks. Remmember.. they will tell you anything you want to hear to get your business. It's all about the money. Care has nothing to do with it.
