Gone downhill fast

Used this facility 3 times in the last year. The first time they were wonderful, the second time they were great. This time (Feb 2013 to Mar 2013) they were horrible. ped the ball completely. My aunt's laundry was not done, they never took her teeth out, never let her walk around. They told us she could do many more things than she was capable of doing.......now she is home and can hardly do anything........now we will send her to long term care at another place
