On Monday, I went into the office of HOA on Gingko and was treated rather rudely by the lady working there. I was quite surprised at her attitude but what I heard her say on the phone right before I left was absolutely despicable and, quite literally, caused me to get sick at my stomach. She thought I could not hear as she clumsily covered the phone's mouthpiece but she proceeded to utter vicious racial slurs,mostly against African Americans(she used the n word at least three times) but also expressed her negative opinion of Hispanics and lamented the "invasion" of "these people who don't speak English." I was going to just forget about the whole ugly episode but I am now convinced that to ignore this woman's blatant racism would allow it to continue so I am beginning the process of looking into what I can do and whom I should contact about it. I am by no means a moral crusader but to think that a woman with such backwards views and such a meanspirited attitude could be working in a position which requires good customer service and communication skills is hard to swallow. I will follow up with any developments as they occur
