nice place but watch your valuables

my Mom has been there for several years now and it is a nice place, a bit pricey but she has had things stolen from her several times now. We report it and not much is done about it because that same employee still works there.....once it was her watch, then a bracelet and now a couple of days ago a nice turquoise necklace that I bought her for Christmas last year, box and all!!!! They know this is hapenning and on one occassion the item was returned by tossing it into the room and taking off. The fact that she is violated while she is sleeping really is disturbing to her and myself...hopefully this issue will be resolved. I hate that people take advantage of the elderly or anyone and she is completely competent and knows what she has and where she puts ......SO NO CHRISTMAS PRESENTS FOR GRANDMA UNLESS IT IS A BOX OF KLEENEX, which they do not supply.......
