I would not wish for the worst person to live at Pekin Manor. The administration is horrible and the nurses are lacking at best. During the time I was there I saw residents sitting in their own phesis for nearly an hour, residents getting ignored for nearly the same time when they had to use the restroom, and overall a state of neglect from the staff. I would encourage you to go elsewhere.
