Great staff and great care!!! My mom lived there for 8 years and she was very well takn care of. The management is very responsive and they create a warm and inviting environment. All apartments have great views and it is worth the cost!

The view is spectacular. The staff members are caring. HOWEVER, the primary goal of the corporation is to make money not serve its residents. So there is not enough staff, staff is underpaid, food is mediocre, rents are huge and take big jumps every years. The director is just a mouthpiece for the corporate honchos. Simple requests go unheeded.
