I highly recommend that you install surveillance cameras in your loved ones apartment here. You will see medical staff coming in while resident is gone, and watch their cable TV, help themselves to chips, soda, and candy. You will see staff coming in to use their cell phones to make calls and texts. When confronted with this video evidence, the manager said "you had no right to hide cameras in your mother's room to spy on us!" Nothing about the staff's actions, only that we were spying on them! Don't do anything wrong and you won't get caught! Funny thing is, we put them there because mom kept complaining that her snack food was missing, and the TV was often on "weird channels"! High staff turnover. Mom moved in here in fall of 2011 she moved out in fall of 2012. Staff had many parties for the staff! "National Goff Off Day!" Baby Showers for staff members. Birthday parties for staff members.
