When I learned that my client's family decided to move their aunt to Melrose Gardens I called to make an appointment for a tour to measure and asses space for the movein. Amelia the front office assistant answered the phone and promptly put me through to the Monah, an executive administrator. Monah was very helpful, accommodated my busy schedule and made the appointment. On the day of my appointment, Amelia greeted me warmly and brought me over to the room which my client would soon occupy. Monah met me at the room within minutes and was helpful and answered all of my questions. The facility is clean, quiet, and reminded me of a quaint Bed and Breakfast.
