Do you guys actually live in the same building as I do? Ive been here a little over a year and absolutely love it. The rooms are large, the price is fair, the parking is easy, and youre 500 feet from Sunset on a wide, relatively quiet street for being in the middle of Hollywood. This place has a gym, pool, spa, courtyard and rooftop area. Everything is clean...I have not seen any bugs or insects since I have been here. Repairs are done in a timely manner. The walls are a bit thin, but just close your door and its fine! Management is reasonable if you are reasonable with them. If you break shit or throw raging parties til 2 am, then yes, you probably wont get along with them. They are flexible with problems you have so long as you rationally and reasonably explain it to them. I love living here, and to all those people who hate it...just get out.?

I'm on my 3rd attempt at receiving my security deposit!!! You're right... Nasch is horrible... First they sent my security deposit to me with a bogus address on it. So of course I never received it. I kept waiting and hounding them... they ...?
