I was shocked to read the previous review. My family and I recently went on a tour of the Evergreen Inn and were highly disappointed in the facilities. The carpets were dirty and stained. There were dirty walls. The room we were shown had recenly been cleaned but smelled as if only water and cloth were used! There was a big tear in the linoleum of the (shared) bathroom! The facility had an unpleasant smell and the residents did not look happy to be there at all! I was highly disappointed. The pictures on the website were highly misleading!?
