my aunt was in this facility a couple of years ago for alzheimers, we were impressed when we first visited and decided on this place. The cost was outrageous, number one, but the care she received was awful. First encounter we faced was her diamond wedding band went missing, the next time we went in and found her lying in the floor, where she had fallen out of bed. There was no telling how long she had been there, took her to emergency room, she had a broken collar bone and broken wrist and could not get out of the floor. Next time we went she was in the floor, had been sick and never made it out of the hospital. They are all too ready to take the 4000.00 a month for her care, but she never received any.?

Make change for the people who need help: Carestone is suppose to care for the residents and respect them in every way. I went to visit a resident and I was just ashamed that Carestones general manager would hire such poor employees.The Resident Assistants were talking to the residents very rudely and ignoring their call for help. The employees should be trained a bit more or discharged from working with elderly people because a elderly home shouldnt have this negativity and rudeness going.By sending this review I hope their are some improvement.
