The residents of this facility are poorly cared for, and the staff are treated equally poor. The management is known to retaliate against staff for reporting resident concerns and have been known to get fired for doing so. The staff turn over rate is excessively high and affects the quality of care for the residents. When reports are made to Regency Pacific Corporation, they disregard valid complaints. When a resident or family members concerns and complaints are reported they are also disregarded by management and the corporation. I would never recommend Regency Woodland or any other facility owned by Regency Pacific to anyone.

i would not put my family there, I worked there and quit due to the inexcusable things that go on. They do not care about the residents at all. People are left to die and no one cares. If you care about your family look elsewhere. It was reported to the state and corporate and nothing was done. They do not care.

My mom was a resident there for only a short time. The staff gave her good care, but when she died a caregiver removed her wedding ring. He said he placed it on the bedside table, but why would you do that???? The mortuary did an inventory when they picked her up and they and and caregivers signed that she had no wedding ring on at time of pick up. The family feels violated and cannot believe someone would steal from a dead person. If we had known that someone had a financial need, we would have helped them. The administration promised to do an investigation and then call us but they never did. Why would they take our mothers beloved ring that was promised to her granddaughter? It was a sad shadow over our saying goodbye and celebration of her life. We would not recommend this facility We are hopeful that the ring will be recovered by the police but doubtful that we will ever see it again. Who steals from a dead person??????
