I recently graduated from Santa Fe Recovery, and ALL the staff were extremly helpfull and polite! The admission process was very smooth and the staff in the back (Medtechs) and therapists were such a big part of my recovery. All of the administrative staff was very helpful in getting me started. I thank EVERYONE at the Center!?

I was very suprised to read a review in which a student said that a staff member had a nasty attitude. My son recently attended the Santa Fe Recovery center and I got the up most respect from everyone in the facility. We contacted the center and they were able to offer help quickly. While he attended he was given the respect and help he needed to recover from heroin. The medical staff was extremely informative and helped him out immensly. He has now been sober for 4 months thanks to everyone at the Santa Fe Recovery Center. Without the wonderful staff there, I believe he would still be battling his addiction. Thank you again.?

Disparate Treatment Disparate treatment discrimination occurs when an employer intentionally treats an employee differently because of an illegal criterion, such as race. The plaintiff has the initial burden of establishing a prima facie case of disparate treatment.60 To do so, the plaintiff must produce either direct or circumstantial evidence of the employer's motivation.61 Direct evidence may take the form of a supervisor's comments about the plaintiff's race, or other protected criteria. To establish a circumstantial case with respect to a failuretohire situation, the plaintiff must prove that: ThIs place is so much like this!
