As a healthcare provided interfacing with Moran Vista I am not impressed with the care given the residents there. Consistently unpleasant interactions with the staff, unprofessional, undertrained staff, residents have a high rate of falls, indicating poor quality care. Their website claims there is RN coordinator, I have never dealt directly with anyone but poorly trained med techs and an LPN who seems to be the real coordinator. This facility was formerly owned by Dr. Shanewise, a local Spokane orthopedic surgeon, but has been bought by a large Oregon corporation. The difference between local ownership and outofstate conglomerates is distinctive.
