Reviews:

Our mother had a massive stroke 10 years ago, when she lived in Florida. She was in homes there for almost 7 years, both of which were terrible places. When the family was transferred to Cincinnati 3 years ago, my sister and I looked at homes. We were recommended to St Margaret's by the real estate agent, whose own mother had lived for 12 years at St Margaret's. Once we had seen St. Margaret's, the others looked less than ok to us. Although we had to wait about a month to get her in, we have been so happy we didn't settle for another facility. Our mother has a great quality of life there, while receiving the care she cannot live without. There are constant activities, and residents are encouraged to participate. It's a clean and efficient home, filled with people who really care about their residents. I know that if I ever have to be in a nursing home, I would try to be in a Carmelite facility. These people know how to treat the elderly with respect and kindness, allowing them to retain their dignity. Thank you, St Margaret's!
