Bad Surprise

This Calvin administration talked my mother into putting a large chunk of money in an annuity with them as the beneficiary. This annuity cannot be changed by her or the Power of Attorney. What kind of pucky is that? It was a BAD surprise. I think this should be illegal. It is certainly unethical.
