Our family had a very bad experience with the dementia unit at Maple Pointe. We reported the facility to the NYS Dept of Health. An onsite inspection was made and violations were issued. By law, you are entitled to ask for NYS DOH inspection results. I suggest that you review them before considering this facility.?

Maple Point is in a very good location, close to shopping and restaurants. There is also plenty of parking. It is off the main road so it's not too noisy. I loved how each floor had their own library, sitting area and kitchen for the residents to cook.
