My mother is a patient at Parkside and has been for two(2) plus years and I was quite frustrtated and angry with the old administation and staff and ready to remove my mother,but help arrived in the form of a new owner and director. Since that time I have seen great changes in the physicial appearance of the and more important the staff. The new owner has invested a great deal of money and rules with an iron fist and a steel will but mom is the better for it. Thank God for Wendy Graham (owner,director) Full time nursing staff (not just techs) Full time maitenance personel New technicians and caregivers Full time activities director New dietician and kitchen staff New sun deck and furiture for outdoor living New paint new plaster TO MENTION A FEW.
