The Meadows is a wonderful, safe, nurturing facility that is a step for my parents from their home. The building is clean and the staff warm and friendly. It is a great center for the community and the tenants in it. Questions and concerns are addressed immediately and qualified nurses are available to monitor medical needs as necessary. I recommend it highly.
