In fairness to CRV I wanted to amend the poor review I gave CRV a few months ago. The main culprit of the communication issues is no longer employed at CRV, and even though my parents no longer live there I have heard through a couple of the caregivers that they are very impressed with the person who replaced him. So hopefully the situation is better now because other than the problems I had with poor communication from administration, CRV is a nice place.
