our experience at Lonview

My mother lived at Longview in assisted living unit for the past 4 years and received wonderful care...the aides were great..there were many activities.. the case management was not very helpful and when it become apparent mother needed a higher level of care.her case manager had no helpful information ...seemed to not know how to assist, had no helpful information on how to apply for medicaid,, rehab,or what to look for in a nursing home..never initaitedcontact with family even tho we were in Lonvview several times a week.....with the all over excellant positive experience in every other aspect of Longview we were disapointed in the lack of responce from my mothers case manager....Mother considered the staff at Longview her family and that is the way she was treated by most...
