Bad service: They do not have enough people to serve food in the dining room. They do not check on someone when they don't show up for their dining times. The food is cold by the time it is served. Their office is not open very often for customers inhouse to complain. The staff do not tell people when their dining time is up and other people are waiting to be seated. I personally think the owner is looking for more profit than helping the people who live in this assisted facility.
