I have worked in alot of nursing homes and this is by far the best that I have ever had the priviledge to work for. The staff is extremely friendly and have a way of making you feel like you have worked there forever. And the staff always has a smile and friendliness toward the patients, that make them feel like they are part of the family. Everyone shows consideration and take into account what each patient needs and wants.And in most facilities it is hard to get to each and everyone in a timely manner, but the staff at The Villas does a terrific job. I know that when I started they all provided me with their names with a smile and was very helpful in helping to learn the residents. They made me feel right at home and like I had been there for longer than 2 weeks. They still continue to ask me how I am doing. And the administrative staff also checks on me and make sure that I am doing fine and ask if I need help. They are all willing to stop what they are doing and help. And when they do stop to help they do not act like it is disturBing them and help without attitude. If you ever have a chance to bring a loved one in for a tour, please do and we will be more than happy to show you around. Also if you are looking for a job that is fulfiling and less stressfull without all the drama, we would be more than happy to have you join our staff. So drop in and pick up an application and fill it out and bring it in so that our DON and ADON can give it a look.
