(More) Administration is very unprofessional and vindictive. The outward appearance of the facility may be clean and bright but residents, in my opinion, are not well cared for. My parents were repeatedly verbally abused, criticized and embarrassed in public because of their dementia. We had to hire a private sitter because if my parents had any incontinence problems no one assisted them for hours upon hours. I am a medical doctor and would not recommend anyone placing their loved ones in this facility. In fact I will discourage my friends and colleagues from using Morningside until the present administration is changed.

Staff is more worried about causing drama then taking care of residents. Meds are not given properally at times and sometimes not at all. An employ got fired for reporting neglect.
